The project workplan was organised into 3 project results, each of which is important for the achievement of the planned project objectives:
- PR1: INTERMOVE+ Training Toolkit
The INTERMOVE+ Training Toolkit will be developed and will help VET learners to acquire key competencies and soft skills that are crucial for successful international internships and for their integration into the labour market. Furthermore, it will be delivered 100% online thanks to a learner-centred and high-tech methodology and a new pedagogical framework adapted to the requirement of digital environments. By valorising several European competence frameworks, INTERMOVE+ will cover 6 main competence areas:
- Interculturality and plurilingual communication (transferred form INTERMOVE and INTERMOVE for TRAINERS);
- Digital and Media Literacy;
- Entrepreneurship;
- Think and Act Green;
- Emotional Intelligence.
This project result will be achieved through the following activities:
A1: Operative Plan: INCOMA will draft and share the guidelines leading to the preparation of the training toolkit, including the templates, timeline, responsibilities and expected contributions and actions.
A2: Elaboration of the guidelines “From INTERMOVE to INTERMOVE+”. In this activity, partners will define the different units and learning outcomes for each module and allocate the number of hours per module and unit.
A3: Adaptation of existing training contents and materials about interculturality and plurilingual communication by updating (when necessary) and adapting contents to be delivered exclusively online through synchronous sessions or as asynchronous/self-paced material.
A4: Development of new training contents, that will cover approximately 10 hours of training.
A5: Handbook for INTERMOVE+ Facilitators that will include an introduction to INTERMOVE+ and to the selected methodologies and approach; offer tips and considerations for implementing the training pathway; and compile each unit’s instructions for implementing the training activities and exercises.
A6: Online Train the Trainers Workshop for INTERMOVE+ Facilitators and exchanging knowledge on the different materials prepared and strategies defined to deliver the INTERMOVE+ training pathway.
A7: Collection of results and fine-tuning.
A8: Preparation of a report describing the main activities carried out and results obtained.
- PR2: INTERMOVE+ E-Learning Platform
The INTERMOVE+ Training Toolkit will be offered through a technology‐enhanced learning environment that will feature game design elements for increased engagement, attractiveness and interaction among their users and beneficiaries. Together with a pedagogical framework adapted to the requirement of digital environments (project result 1), these elements will contribute to making learning more engaging and rewarding, in line with the new paradigm that resulted from the impact of COVID-19 in Education and Training systems. Therefore, the INTERMOVE+ E-Learning Platform will grant access to the INTERMOVE+ customisable training pathway for both: a) mobility beneficiaries; b) mobility practitioners, VET teachers and trainers, and mentors and tutors of mobility projects.
This project result will be implemented through the following activities:
A1: Definition of E-learning Platform features.
A2: Technical development of the INTERMOVE+ E-Learning Platform.
A3: Preparation of the INTERMOVE+ E-Learning Platform User Guide.
A4: Integration of training contents to the INTERMOVE+ E-Learning Platform.
A5: Usability pre-tests and fine-tuning.
A6: final report of this project result.
- PR3: Guidelines for customising the INTERMOVE+ Training Pathway
Elaboration of a flexible training pathway that mobility practitioners, VET teachers and trainers, and mentors and tutors of mobility projects can customise and tailor to the specific needs of mobility beneficiaries.
The INTERMOVE+ Training Pathway is composed of a Training Toolkit delivered through the E-Learning Platform that was designed in a way that can be tailored to the specific context and needs of VET learners.
This result will be implemented through the following activities:
A1: Designing an Operative Plan containing the guidelines leading to the preparation of the INTERMOVE+ Guidelines for customising the Training Pathway.
A2: Definition of the methodology for customising the training pathway.
A3: Designing INTERMOVE+ Customisable Training Pathways: Guidelines for Trainers and Mobility Practitioners, based on the result of the previous activity.
A4: Prototyping the INTERMOVE+ Training Pathway by delivering it to al least 10 beneficiaries of mobility programmes peer country.
A5: Collection of results and fine-tuning.
A6: Report describing the main activities carried out and results obtained.
